Blarney Ranch

Practices

Blarney Ranch prides itself on implementing regenerative ranching practices that focus on the health of the land and cattle. The ranch exclusively uses heritage breed Dexter cattle, which are entirely grass-fed throughout their lives. This means no synthetic feeds, grains, soy, vaccines, or hormones are ever administered. Calves are nurtured on purely pasture-raised diets.

The cows are rotationally grazed to mimic natural grazing patterns, enhancing soil health and biodiversity. Ethical processing of the beef takes place at a family-owned facility in Kalispell, Montana, adhering to traditional principles and maintaining the artisanal quality of each cut.

Offerings

Blarney Ranch offers a diverse range of beef products, all raised on the open Montana pastures. Customers can choose from premium cuts like tenderloin, brisket, ribeye, and New York strip. For those looking for more variety, beef shares bundle these premium cuts with slow-cook roasts.

Also available are expertly crafted ground beef and patties, perfect for family meals or BBQs, along with artisanal pepper and jalapeño cheddar sticks made from a blend of Dexter beef and locally sourced heritage pork. These products embody Blarney’s commitment to small-batch quality and attention to detail.
