Meat cuts look very good! Flank style ribs are not too fatty like the normal grocery cuts and the same price!
Thank you Jason for the amazing customer service and delicious pepperoni samples and ham samples...nice to know that grass fed beef really does taste great! The pepperoni is dry and with just a hint of spicy ! The ham was perfect and I could tell that you spared tons of sugar!! The Bleu cheese brats were a big hit my daughter says...!!! She has yet to try the group beef....I will let you know...I am sure it's yummy!! I am going to try the other brats you make!!! We will be back soon!! This is the place to combine great service, custom cuts, and great meats in a classic dedicated butcher shop. Enjoy a conversation about the various cuts and discuss cooking options. Pick up some great bratwurst, chicken, and farm fresh eggs during your visit. Egg yolks are a deep orange...quite different from supermarket eggs. Wow. Good as it gets!!
Top notch! Literally the best customer service I’ve probably ever received, so welcoming, huge smiles, incredibly kind, took the time to include my 3 year old, etc. now onto the product, when I say melt in your mouth I am not exaggerating, best cut of steak I’ve had in a hot minute. Exceptionally clean and beautiful shop. Wish I could give it 100 stars! 💚💚
A little on the spendy side but amazing beef!
So happy to find a source of local and almost local beef and pork. Outstanding quality, service and especially flavor, this is what beef is supposed to taste like.
