Mosida Market Butcher Shop & Farmhouse Kitchen

They were already my exclusive source of brisket and ground beef, so I decided to try the restaurant as well. That burger tasted so good! It was nice to get a burger straight from the cow without a food distributor middle man adding in filler to pad their profit margins. You can taste the difference. The tallow fries were good, but I think the sweet potato fries were even better. And the fry sauce, can't ignore the fry sauce! I guess I really needed a solid burger after that Costco trip.

We absolutely loved the steak class at Mosida market. It was so interesting to learn all about the different cuts and the dinner after trying all the cuts was amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming to a class here!

I bought a roast here, less $$ than a grocery store. I wanted to try out their meat as I've heard good things about Mosida market. Hands down the best roast I have ever tasted. So tender, full of flavor, so easy to pull the meat. I cooked it the same way and with the same ingredients that I've always cooked a roast and this was the absolute best I've ever had. I'm converted to Mosida for all future meat purchases! Dying to try their burgers! 🍔

Love Mosida Their meat is selection is top notch and the quality second to none. Robbie and the staff are always friendly, willing to answer questions and help. Their prices might be high for those looking for big name soulless chains, but you’re paying for quality cuts of fresh meat. I highly recommend them to anyone.

BEST BURGERS EVER! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this burger place absolutely deserves it. The burgers were insanely good—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the buns were soft and fresh without falling apart. I can honestly say it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The toppings were generous and super fresh, and the fries? Cooked in beef tallow crispy and golden with delicious seasonings . If you’re craving something delicious, this is your spot.

Mosida is amazing! Their beef quality is unmatched! The cooking class was so fun and engaging, I’d highly recommend going! The only butcher we will buy our meat from!

I was able to go to Bateman’s dairy farm earlier this week and while I was there they told me to check out this butcher shop and the kitchen. I had no idea there was a kitchen here. So glad I went. Great steak and tallow fries

Did a class where the butchers broke down a cow and explained the different cuts and what to look for. 10/10 class it was so informative and they cooked the steaks for you to eat. So fun and so worth it. Skip Ruth Chris, and any other steak house and go hear as a celebratory occasion! Beef is fantastic. Looking into doing it again

The food was amazing! Seriously the best burger and chicken sandwiches we’ve ever had! However, as soon as we walked in, the restaurant smelled very bad and the smell never went away. It smelled like a port a potty. We’ve only been once so I don’t know if it’s always like that, or just this once, but it was pretty bad. Also, their hours listed on Apple Maps were incorrect, so we thought they were closed and almost didn’t go. Other than that, we loved it!

I have a love hate relationship with having to post this because it is a hidden gem, but I cannot gate keep such a delicious establishment. We came here on a whim because we crave burgers regularly and we were not disappointed. The beef patties on these burgers were cooked to perfection and tasted like fresh ground beef. The fries were also cooked and seasoned deliciously. One order was more than enough to serve 4 adults and 1 child. If you are craving a burger with quality ingredients that doesn't break the bank, this is the place. TLDR: Delicious burgers, fantastic fries, hidden gem. It also can be slightly confusing to get to the restaurant area. It's the side door, not the main door for the butcher shop.
