Bought two dry aged steaks for a birthday treat, and what an amazing cut they were!!! Meats here are more expensive than your supermarket, but what you’re getting from Mercep Bros is worth the price. The folks working are friendly and willing to help and answer your questions. We used to get a lot of thin beef short ribs from them too but haven’t in a while just for the sole purpose of we haven’t been eating them. This entire butcher deserves so much praise for their work, and high quality meats. I recommend this to every single person.
This place is awesome. Great cuts of meat, clean and friendly. We just finished our St. Patty Day corn beef, cabbage and potatoes. We picked them up fully prepared and have done so at other places in the past. This was the best we have ever eaten. We also buy all our barbecue meats from here, and holiday entrees. Simply awesome!
I am pleased to announce that this butcher carries prime meat. A lot of places say that they have prime and it is not prime. This place is a winner and I'm glad I live nearby.
Best butcher shoppe you can find
Bought some delicious cowboy ribeye from here. Some of the best meat I’ve ever had. Employees were super helpful. They have pre-marinated meat as well, but I prefer marinating my own meat.
My grandson, Kevin, is my chef. He has prepared all manner of beef and chicken over the past few years. (Beef Wellington to die for.) Could not imagine a different source for meats. (You'll never have to ask, "Where's the beef?")
Moved to Saint James a few years ago and still haven't found a butcher shop better. Shop local these guys are legit
Love these guys. They have an outstanding choice of fine cuts and pre made ready to heat meals. The best. Looking for some Lamb shanks for Christmas!
Aside from all the fantastic meats we have gotten from here, pretzels are my kids all time favorites. The only place in town that makes them this good!
Walk in and look at the great cuts of meat they have and that is the only review you need. Highly recommend the bone-in rib eyes and the home made hot dogs.
