Went in for picaña and found my new favorite meat market. Great selection of meats, cuts and more. Bison, got it. Rabbit, got it. Alligator, got it. They got it all!! Edmond was great and taught me a thing or two about my picaña. Be back very soon and I suggest you visit also.

We bought these bad boys here ! Low and slow in the oven they fall off the bone. There was a big selection and friendly folks. They can cut to your request. Much needed butcher shop in the area. The only suggestion i have is to carry the fresh pepperoni and jerky to buy. Thats a favorite part of a butcher shop for many. We will be back.

Just moved into the Neighborhood. Saw this butcher shop was across the street and got excited to try it. Was not disappointed. Bought some great steak and burgers. The steak was HIGH QUALITY and at a fair price. Look forward to grilling the burgers. The staff was super friendly, beyond helpful, and provided asked for advice on cooking recommendations. Anyone calling their prices high are not living in reality, similar to Costco pricing but didnt have to buy in bulk. Glad to call this my new butcher shop.

Amazing meat store with an amazing selection. Do.not be fooled by the size of the location. I went to two other major retailers and I could not find the meat I was looking for. They have outside skirtsteak (entraña) from Mexico and Argentina. They also have sausage and beef ribs cut to custom size. I also purchased a fig spread that I had been looking for that I really like on my pizza. Their prices are also the most competitive I have ever ran across. The customer service and attention was impeccable. I highly recommend this place. The BBQ turned out better than expected.

Best butcher shop in town , not only do they have the best meat cuts but sweets as well ! Prices are not more than the grocery store, the quality is miles ahead. Worth every penny if you care about flavor, sourcing, and supporting local businesses. Highly recommend if you’re into cooking — or just eating really well.The staff? Knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing service. Great options for cuts of meat. Everything from choice cuts to wagyu. Staff was helpful from the moment we walked in, ready to answer questions and make suggestions. I would definitely recommend stopping by and look forward to coming back.
