Medina Farmers Exchange

We were very excited to try this place. Hubby liked his burger. My experience was just okay. They said they had a gluten free menu but then said they couldn't find it. It was a guess on what to order. I got the $19 brisket sandwich (without a bun) with coleslaw on the side and fries. Personally it was just alright. It was good but nothing I'd write home about. The server was pleasant.

The Shrimp and Grits had only 5 shrimp and minuscule bits of bacon. Too much cheese and not much grits. Definitely not worth the $23 price. I went home still hungry.

Good local food. Garlic fry's were under salted but the fantastic service from the bartender made up for it as he brought out house made bbq sauce which was smokie and sweet, with some cinnamon? Whatever it is it's tasty!

I had breakfast the previous week and it was good! Service was prompt even though they were short-staffed. The following week we went for dinner and their stuffed brisket shells were out of this world! I could have asked for seconds but I did ask for the recipe! I was told its only a limited special. They should make the dish year around!

Jim Duffy is a Medina gem. His knowledge is unsurpassed about any kind of lawn, garden or feed product you need. The guy just doesn't stop, he's open everyday, including Sundays! His prices are better than any box store around. Quality of products is top notch. He remembers your name and always greets you like an old friend. I no longer waste my time or money at any other ag supply. Medina Farmers Exchange is the best.

Great place to get bird seed and yard products. This place is consistent as far as consulting and product. 4/17/23 This place I'd still great to shop for yard products and animal products. Jim, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge. Check this place out. 6/11/24 We continue to do business with this establishment because the products are great at good pricing. We stopped in Medina Brewing Company for a quick pre-baseball game drink and enjoyed great service, a lively environment and a very tasty Medina Light. My husband ordered tacos to go and enjoyed them at the game. He said they were very tasty!

Good selection of farm feed and birdseed. Very accommodating owner and helpful with offering advise on your purchase. Reasonable prices, but finding it can be tricky - it's not in town anymore, instead it's in an industrial Southwest of town (near the fairgrounds). Same great products, just go to a different building to get them now.

Great place. They have a meat store, gift shop, restaurant, basement bar and they just added BBQ in the basement as well. They also sell Ohio Perogies and Medina made pies! Almost forgot they have a coffee shop too!

Jim's a great guy with a huge inventory of products. They have a fast and easy pay and pickup system with fair prices. Overall a great place full of great people, I will continue buying from them and anyone reading this should do the same!

This is a great little market where you can find some great food and drink. From microbrewery favorites to fresh processed meats to fancy cheeses and crackers, there is something that will make your next party POP!

We went for dinner at Big Dog Daddys. Totally enjoyed our sandwiches. Got a slab of ribs for takeout and had our meal for Father's day!

I recently relocated to the area, and this was a great find. Everyone is so friendly and treats you on a personal level - like you're an important customer even if you just have a small farm. I'll definitely continue to use them for all feed/bedding/farm supply needs.

Good food, a little pricey for our budget, but the employees were far superior to some places we have patronized!

Looking for extra hay and was unable to make it to this location in time to pick it up, Mr. Duffy went out of his way on a Sunday to make sure a load would be available to me at a closer location so my babies can be extra warm tonight,even called to let me know. Amazing service couldn't be happier! Thank you!

Food is excellent...great choices and specials. Service was above and beyond! BLT is amazing and please try the devil egg appetizer!

I’ve been working with Jim for many years, and he’s helped us greatly. He knows about the products he sells. We buy a lot of lawn-related products, but he’s lots of products in bulk. You’re so much better off buying in bulk.

We always get our bird seed from Medina Farmers Exchange. Sometimes it's even convenient for them to deliver to our house for no additional fee. Friendly people and very reasonable prices.

Large selection. Fair prices. Very clean. Helpful staff. Would recommend. Very limited parking.
