Their mission is to provide high-quality grass-fed beef and more to local communities. As a family-run operation, they manage the farm alongside full-time jobs and family life, offering products with genuine care.

Farming Practices

The farm is dedicated to regenerative agriculture, which includes rotational grazing and responsible land stewardship. Cattle are grass-fed and grass-finished without hormones or antibiotics. Every piece of meat is dry-aged for 14-21 days, enhancing its tenderness and flavor. This commitment to quality is reflected in their limited, seasonal offerings.

Offerings

Medford Cattle Farms provides a range of products, including grass-fed beef in various forms such as beef liver, cubes, suet, and dry-aged ground beef. They also offer a 1/4 Beef Share, ensuring the customer receives around 80-100 lbs of beef. All butchering and packaging fees are covered, with customers choosing their preferred cuts.

Pork products are also available, including uncured smoked ham steaks and Taylor Ham Style Pork Roll, made with natural and organic ingredients without added nitrates.

Buyer Experience

Products are individually packaged, flash frozen, and boxed. Consumers are encouraged to join the email list for updates on restock. The best way to access their offerings is to keep an eye on availability, as stock is limited and seasonal.
