McGibney Family Farms

I met Farmer Ian at the apex farmers market on Saturday - what a genuine guy! Went home with a flank steak and mild sausage patties. SO GOOD! The sausage was excellent. Big patties with great flavor. Simple ingredient label. All good things. Last night grilled the flank. It was a great cut of beef. The whole family approved. There’s something about eating local and supporting local farmers. The prices are real good. He said he delivers as well. I’m telling you, we are hooked! I’ll be placing some online orders soon for sure. I saw eggs were a great price as well. And Ian said he can do whole or half briskets sa well. Looking forward to many more McGibney Family Farms dinners (and breakfasts!) 🙌

I can't rave enough about the quality of the meat provided, as it's far more superior to what we've tried before. Excellent customer service, a personable farmer, and quite the convenient delivery just makes this the best choice around. I highly recommend Ian! You will not be disappointed.

I love McGibney Family Farms! I buy my meat from their shop at Perkins Orchard, and everything I've tried so far has been delicious (especially the Italian sausage). I appreciate the peace of mind I get knowing that they raise their animals humanely. And, environmental sustainability is a top priority for them - they even feed their pigs excess fruits from the orchard! McGibney tastes great and makes me feel great too - I highly recommend.

Ive been wanting to go to the Apex farmers market for some time. Went this weekend and found this vendor. What was I waiting for!?. Yesterday I grilled the chicken thighs and today I had the hot breakfast sausage patties. The taste difference is so obvious from mass production meats. I am currently looking for a freezer so I can get one of their bulk deals. Great value and great quality

I recommend McGibney Family Farms products to anyone and everyone who eats meat! Ian is super friendly and knowledgeable and his food is the freshest. My mom, who isn't a huge pork fan, couldn't even believe the apple cinnamon sausage patties were pork due to how little fat was on them. The flavor is robust and I've enjoyed every single product I've tried! Highly recommend.

We heard about McGibney's through word of mouth, and decided to give their Meat Club a try. It's quickly become a highlight of our month! All the meats are absolutely delicious, and it's a great balance of cuts that force us to try something new (beef ribs!) and easy family meals (sausages! precooked bbq!). We love keeping our money in our community, and the meat club pricing is really amazing value.

I just started buying meat from McGibney Farm/Ian in the last month or two after seeing him at the Holly Springs Farmers market. Everything we have bought has been delicious, priced fairly and so convienient that he delivers to areas in the triangle every Wednesday! Highly reccommend!
