This is a great place for fresh local meat. We got a half cow and every cut has been delicious. Very good quality meat and easy ordering by phone. The farmer talked through cut options and explained what we could expect. When we have more freezer space available we intend to purchase a half pig and expect it to be as delicious as the beef. This location is their farm and home, and it is where the meat is processed and you would pickup. If you just want to try their meats before making a big freezer filling order, go to their store and get a couple cuts. You won't be disappointed! I only wish I didn't have to drive so far to get it.
Awesome place to order meat. Been getting half cows and whole pigs for 3 yrs now. Also their hot pepper cheese sausages are life changing good.
Great local butcher with an amazing selection of meat and other localish items. The only place I get beef, pork or chicken! I love the sauces as well. The staff is also fantastic!
