Bought a few hand cut ribeyes a week ago wet aged, kept them in the fridge vacuum sealed for a week. They were great!!. Do not let mayo's butcher shop pass you by. Great meat even better service cut to order.. please give these guys a try for great steaks and service. Melt in your mouth beef. CAN'T wait to try the bacon and gator. So happy to have a real butcher shop to shop in. Thank you. JAKE!!
I always wanted to fine a grade A butcher for my family (store bought is awful) and they rave about how incredibly succulent the meat becomes after cooking . The 1 hour drive is well worth it . The owner is friendly , knowledgeable and truly invested in your experience .

Have been wanting to try this place and I'm so glad I finally did. Jason and his son were super friendly and gave us the grand tour of their operation so we could understand what happens during the entire process. Telling all my friends and family about Mayo's amazing meat, cut to order, and wonderful customer service. This shop is truly a labor of love and it shows.
I bought 2 prime ribeyes from Mayo's and I must say there are probably the best steaks I ever grilled in my life! Really friendly staff and butter tender steaks. Great place!

Don't know what the person who gave them 1 star is thinking. They are exceptional. Very friendly. Awesome service. Of course there is smell...it smells like a butcher shop, which they are. Always have been professional, gone the extra mile and ensured proper cleanliness. Meat is fresh and tastes much better than today's "butchers" in the grocery stores. Highly recommend!!!
Horrible place, I question the cleanliness. No rubber gloves worn while handling meat. A very pungent smell inside the counter area. Very rude person, has no idea how to treat customers with respect. Doesn't like disabled people, save your money, plenty of other places to spend your money.
This place is amazing place. But the family that owns this place is very nice people. And just like I always say you can't make everyone happy
