Marshall's Meats

It has been a year and what a transformation! Worth the drive, and processing has improved options for wrapping, cutting and specially items. Quality and expertise. The jerky, sausages, specialty bacon (caramel apple-and so many more), a carnivores dream!

We recently purchased a 4-H pig from fair. When sending animals to get butchered you never know what you will get back. I was shocked by the amount of meat, and quality of cuts we got off of one pig. They were fast, professional and the customer service was amazing. I’m sending some of my personal sheep to them, they are fast to get into and have the best communication. I highly recommend them for butchering. They also have a little shop where they sell amazing jerky, Brats, steaks and all sorts of stuff! If i could give them 10 stars i would!

On the way home stopped at Marshalls and got some bbq pork chops and dam could you taste the freshness of the meat and the taste of the bbq seasoning was amazing

Marshall Meats is well worth making a special trip to visit. The service is excellent and their butcher case products are outstanding. They also have a nice selection of house-made charcuterie that is great.

We got 1/2 a pig from a friend and it went to Marshall meats for processing. There was a slight mixup and they went so far and above to make it right. We weren't upset, stuff happens. If we didn't live in the Pacific Northwest I would use them for all our meat. We are very happy.

Picked up our Deputy bag today. Plus, tasty hot mustard, jalapeño bites, peppered garlic, and the awesome Outlaw cured meats! Thanks for being our favorite friendly meat market, " it's good"

We visited Marshall today and, WOW. Being a Sunday afternoon the selection was slightly limited but the product and customer service were not! We had the most helpful and knowledgeable help in the store and when we got home we were blown away by the quality of meats. We bought a variety of cured meat. We tried the summer sausage straight away when we got home. The pepper crusted garlic summer sausage is the best I have ever had. I am excited to try the sour cream and onion brats for dinner tomorrow, or maybe breakfast with the jalapeño bacon… I can’t wait to eat it ALL!

Went there to try the street tacos they do on Tuesdays. They were amazing. Highly recommend. Also bought some sausage. So far the jalapeño cheddar is my favorite. But we also bought 2 other varieties. Very good. We're from Lewistion worth the drive out there. Will be back.

Very friendly place! May be small but Carrie's a wide variety of items from fishing tackle, groceries and household small items. I have found permanent markers to picture hangers when needed.
