This place is a hidden gem! They sell the best meat in the county! We love their assortment of bacon and sausage. Such good flavor and amazing quality. Price is excellent as well. Fantastic at beef processing too!

Live right across the street and FINALLY stopped in today. Loved it! Nice little retail shop with a HUGE variety of meats and cheeses done in-house. Friendly, home-town vibe and the meat sticks are definitely going to be a frequent item I throw in my lunch box. Cheese excellent and can’t wait to try the bacon! Not to mention the affordable doggie bones I was able to grab for my four legged friends at home. 👏👍🏻

Great butcher service (I've had them butcher +-15 pigs for me over the years), and great meats. Lots of interesting options. Chicken stir fry meat, and the loose breakfast sausage are some of my favorites.

We stopped here when after going to Penn's cave. We didn't know what they did so we talked to a lady at the drive through. She was incredibly nice. We ended up getting some meat sticks and hot sauce. We're ordering online now. Great place and great people!!!

I bought a half a beef from my parents who had MCM process the steer. I delivered the other half to neighbors. I've never used MCM before and am not from the area. I was impressed with their operation. They clearly do a good, orderly business. What made me want to write a review is two-fold. First, a pair of gentlemen brought out both orders and loaded it into my truck. They even helped fix my tonneau cover that I thought was busted and helped protect my meat on the 3 hour journey back home. After the hassle I put them through, they refused a tip but I insisted. Great guys and great employees. I was real impressed. You don't find service/help like that often. Second reason I wanted to write a review is that the packaging was great. Boxes had no wasted space, which I really appreciated. They had a whole (large) steer down to 8 well-packed boxes. My neighbors who were buying into a beef like I did were also impressed. Packaging and labeling was well-documented and very professional. You'd never know it wasn't from a grocer. Can't wait to stop back again sometime when I have a bit more space in the truck for some bacon and other fantastic things I'm reading about in these comments.

I bought filet Mignon from Mark’s meats today. Incredible service and price was very reasonable. By far the best steak I have ever had. Strongly encourage all in the Centre county area to use Mark’s. We will be back!

The friendliest, kindest people around...quality meat at affordable prices, they butcher for us and just got pig butchered....omg, the bacon!!!!!! The sausage, the hams....cannot ever go wrong buying their products, cannot wait to try their ham glaze.
