Lukan's Farm Resort

I visited Lukan’s Farm Resort with my family this past week for the first time and it did not disappoint. The grounds are beautiful, and while we did not stay on site, many of the other dining patrons were guests. There is a large pool, basketball court, and fire pits. We went for fried chicken night, and it was very good. Our server Maddie was incredibly kind and thorough, always making sure we had enough of each dish. They start out with some appetizers and then begin serving the main dish with some sides. There is always something good for dessert. It seems as though the resort has good rapport with locals and people travel from far (like we did) to taste their food! I will definitely be coming again, it was excellent!

Went to Lukans for the Turkey lunch. This meal was delicious and just like thanksgiving 😋. The food was served family style. Soup, salad, light and dark meat, stuffing, peas, mashed potatoes and gravy. There was apple pie ala mode for dessert. I would definitely eat at Lukans again.

Went to there farm. Purchased sweet corn and eggs. My better half Already ate 2 ears of corn and they were sweet as can be. From now on that's where we will be buying corn when available. They also have other vegetables, honey, soap plus more. We will definitely keep going there.

Wonderful experience, the family is so nice and accommodating, this place is special. We would definitely come back. The food is out of this water fresh from the farm.

We went there for a dinner party. Nice food. Good drinks. American country cuisine. Roast beef..pork cutlets were great. Brocvoli..baked potatoes...corn...artisian breads and butter. Nice country meal and great service by Jerry our waiter. Vanilla parfait with sauce and nuts for desert. We would go again. Beautiful spot in the Poconos for dinner. Family style.

I never stayed in the rooms so I can’t rate those, however, I ate dinner there one evening and the farm fresh meal was delicious. It’s out in the sticks of Hawley but they grow their own vegetables and have a small animal farm too. Family run spot that’s very clean and well cared for .

Lukans Farm Resort has been a family tradition of ours since I'm a young boy. It's something we all look forward to every year. So many wonderful memories. So much amazing food. Such a meaningful place.

What a joy. We used to come here for banquet style family dinners every summer 30 years ago. This being my first time back in decades, I didn’t know what to expect. Would the quality of food and hospitality be as strong as my nostalgia? Would this next generation have the same commitment to their family’s heritage? Unquestionably, yes on all fronts. We began our visit with a trip to see and feed the chickens and to walk around the farm. At 5:55pm we heard the ringing of the dinner bell. Same bell all these years later. Each night features a different set menu, served family style. We came on Friday night, which is Chicken and Prime Rib. First course was white asparagus soup and warm bread. A second service brought lightly dressed salad with garden lettuces. The following course featured perfectly roasted chicken and prime rib. Both were very well seasoned and juicy. Green beans lightly poached, and the best damn roasted potatoes any of us had ever had leading to the group debating the methods employed to create such a perfect potato. We ordered seconds. Dessert was cheesecake. My one constant criticism of cheesecake is that it’s served too cold. This wasn’t. Perfectly tempered left a velvety smooth consistency and light sweetness. The coffee was a tad burnt, but I’ll give them a pass on that front. I dont know the next time we’ll be back in these parts of the world, but we’ll make sure to visit again to relive wonderful times.

Amazing experience every time! I've been going here with my family since I was a little girl. It feels like you've stepped back in time. Everything is emaculately kept and the food is incredible! Our favorite night is fried chicken night but you really can't go wrong any day of the week! If you have kids, arrive early before dinner so they can ring the dinner bell when it's time!
