Los Pinos is a restaurant that specializes in authentic Mexican cuisine, offering a variety of flavorful dishes and a family-friendly atmosphere. The establishment features outdoor seating and a play area for children, making it a cozy spot for family gatherings. Customers rave about the quality of the food, although some reviews mention issues with service and organization.
Amazing authentic Mexican food!! Everything was so good! The food is cooked by a true Mexican abuelita 💗 The shredded pork was flavorful, the beef soup was good, very spicy. The beans were soft and smooth. Strawberry drink was light and refreshing. The kid's had breakfast dinners and they said they were good- they looked very cute! There is an entire play gym set up for the kids to play on. There were spots to take pictures. The outdoor tent and real tables made it feel inviting and a place to relax. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even explaining the menu where I had questions. Definitely try this place, it was delicious and we can't wait to tell family and friends! 😍 It was hard to spot the entrance, so make sure you pay attention on the street for the signs.
Pros: Food is very delicious Cons: – Wait Was wayyyyy too long longest I’ve waited to eat anywhere. – Staff was very unorganized. Midway through waiting, they made us switch tables and even took one of our chairs. I didn’t mind, but it left a bad impression and only added to The chaos – One waitress hovered the entire time, grabbing any trash I set down within seconds—even reaching near my plate. While we were eating, she wiped the table with a rag that smelled like dirty swamp water. – I spent more time swatting flies than eating. There was a constant swarm around our table. It was disgusting.🪰🪰🪰 They’ve been open for two months. The food is great, but they need to seriously work on fly control, organization, and cooling the space down if they want people to come back.
The food was very good a bit on the pricey side but we still enjoyed it. If you plan on going make sure you’re there early before people start flooding in we went Thursday before 10Am. The tamales de elote were fire the chilaquiles could have more of a spice other than that we enjoyed the food
I loved my experience here. The food was delicious. I had El Sinaloense and I can't wait for my next visit.
The food was so so so so so so good. I got the plate that had rajas, frijoles , chilaquiles, and a fried corn tamal. Omg I’m still thinking of that tamal. It was delicious. 10/10 would highly recommend and the staff is so nice and friendly.
Went with my children and there kids for breakfast, waited for over an HOUR to be seated then after another hour😔 only half the table was served because they lost our order 😡, by the time we got our food some of it was Cold and the meat was dry No flavor.. …
Wow!!! i ordered the quesabirria and as soon as i bit into it, i swear my eyes rolled back. i have a video of the quesabirria but i guess google reviews doesn’t allow videos so i only have a photo of the consomé. 15/10 i swear this place is AMAZING!!! And the customer service, wow. The waitresses kept calling me and my friends “hermosas”, “chulas”, “mi reina”, etc. overall GO HERE!! YOU WON’T REGRET IT!! ٩( ᐛ )و
We visited today and I enjoyed it. I suggest you arrive early in the summer to beat the heat and the possible long wait if all the tables are seated. Los Pinos has an amazing outdoor setup that feels like a cozy family campout. The food is truly authentic. Delicious warm handmade tortillas, flavorful dishes, and the best Café de Olla I’ve had! Prices reflect the quality, and the customer service is outstanding. The whole place feels like a family gathering, and the playground is a bonus for parents with little ones. Highly recommend!
I went with my son, saw it on IG. Thought it’d be a good place to have a son and mom date. The place is super cute, a lot of green and the tables and eating area are really just peaceful. But I wouldn’t go back as the food just didn’t hit the spot, let me explain. The beans are full of lard and couldn’t find any taste, the chilaquiles was just a red chili sauce with no spices very bland, and the machaca ( which I had high hopes for) was more like shredded beef no machaca taste. And to finish it off, they do a bit of false advertising after you choose the meal they say oh btw the tamale is extra. The driest tamale I’ve had in a long time too. I would’ve loved to like the food but there is nothing I would really say I’d go back for. I can only say the presentation of the food is very IG friendly if that’s what you’re looking for.
Great food! Show up early, limited seating. Worth the wait.
