The boar chops were the most amazing meat I’ve ever made to date. Raised the way animals should be. We also had the l fresh mozzarella- different than any I’ve had before, almost more burrata like. It has a distinct outer layer and the most creamy, butter, tangy cheese on the inside. We met the family at the Ramsey farmers market and they were so friendly, you could tell how much they cared. Will absolutely be back soon!
The pork roast is great here! Cooks up nice and tender. Bacon and eggs are fresh and tasty, too. They treat the animals right and I trust the purity of the food I buy here.
