My wife and I purchased a half cow for the first time, after being recommended to go here by so many. The kind people at the farm gave us a package of burger patties for free to try. And let me just say- it was the best tasting beef we’ve ever had. The best burgers we’ve ever had and it’s not even close. We will never be buying store bought again. Librock beef is the BEST TASTING beef we have ever had. Premium cuts. Choose exactly what you need. Excellent customer service. Very nice and friendly folks. We look forward to visiting every couple months to stock up our freezer.
Randomly stopped in the way from a party, and bought some sirloin streaks from their stand. They were incredible. The best steak I've had in a long time. We'll be looking onto a portion of beef in the future
