The beef is yummy. Not too much fat, good texture. I always cook roasts in the crockpot and they turn out beautifully. Hamburger patties are even tasty cold with a little salt and ketchup or dill pickles.
OH MY GOD, absolutely the BEST ground beef we have ever had in our lives!!! AND, the Mango Habanero dry rub was the perfect seasoning to add into the beef for hamburgers. DELICIOUS!!!
