You're looking for a good butcher shop this is it
Way the heck out in the middle of nowhere!! ( Like a 3 hr drive - half on back/ dirt roads!) It feels like we were shorted. When we ordered, it was $3.99 / lb. When we weighed it at home, it comes out to $7.08/lb. "Hanging weight" is $3.99! I am not pleased. Will not do that again!!!
Best processing, cuts of beef and packaging we've ever had done!! Highly recommend!!
