About

Laberge’s Farm operates a free shooting range on their property, allowing individuals to practice marksmanship in a safe and respectful environment. The farm encourages donations to support the upkeep of the range, which is appreciated by the community of firearm enthusiasts. The primary purpose of the business is recreational shooting rather than selling agricultural products.

Fantastic spot! Very kind land owner, very lovely setup. Everyone respects the rules, everyone checks in with land owner before going on property to shoot. They allow small arms to large arms with multiple spots to shoot. The rifle range is about 150 yards I believe but don’t quote me. Remember to check with property owners before heading in and respect the rules so that this range can stay active! Ps, if you got some spare money floating around definitely donate to the owner from time to time since it’s a free admission range.

Very nice place to enjoy your weapons. It is so much better than going to an indoor range with people breathing down your neck for their turn for a lane. It is also a good place to get your dog used to gun fire.

Great range for bringing your own targets and having a fun time shooting. Just remember to leave a donation or tip to help keep the range open and running!

A Real treasure in a state full of treasures. Treat it well, put money in the donations box, clean up after yourself, ask for permission, and this place will stick around. This is the fire arms community equivelent of one of those leave money farm stands and it's fantastic. It really took leaving the state for me to realize how special a spot this is.

Owner’s are super nice and what you should expect from true Vermonters. I always have a great time when I come here. If you love shooting you have to come . Please support our Local Range and the NRA if you can.

First time at this range today, spoke to a kind gentleman there before going in to make sure we knew where to go and that we were good to go. Very easy going, good experience. Would 100% recommend. Make sure to leave a donation in the box on your way out, they don’t charge anything for entry!

There is usually a range available (they have 5) for use without having to wait, and it's not too far away from BTV. Very good people own the range, and most users are friendly to each other which make it's use pleasurable to return again.

Huge shooting range, but have to park on top of the shooting range, then walking down. It will be tired if you have multiple firearms or a heavy steel target to carry. I cannot complain about it, because it’s a free range! You also need to ask permission for come in. There are donation box for laberge’s farm in most of the gun shops at Vermont. Running a free shooting range is not easy.

Great place to work on your marksmanship... knowing your firearm is key for safe operation; always be aware of where your bullet goes, what's behind your target, and what's between you and your target. Very nice Farmer who allows the use of his land for marksmanship practice... Thank You Laberge's family for allowing the use of your land so people can become safer marksmen.
