L & M Meat Market is a great local spot! Shoutout to José, the bartender at El Paisaje Mexican Bar & Grill, who recommended it to me — and he was right again 😎 They’ve got everything you need if you're grilling at home — from beef tongue to ribeyes. Great selection, fair prices, and even fresh-made sandwiches, which were delicious.Customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!
Closest you can get to farm-to-table food. They support and buy local (MS.) Meats are locally owned and processed by owner. Some meats are brought in from other MS farms at times. Great cuts! Love how they do ground brisket - makes awesome burgers. Eggs are MS eggs and pastured. Milk is Beason Farms and non-homogenized so the cream rises to the top. They have beef tallow for cooking and topical application! Best place for carnivores and folks wanting to support local and avoid chronic disease. They do have other products that have those processed ingredients I caution folks on. Also, there are many ready-to-cook casseroles! Marrow bones for the win! Broth bones, and more! No bone broth yet. Great prices and great food for great health!
Best meat market! Always happy to help with any selection. Beef is absolutely the best tasting. Roast to steaks to sausage. Gotta try the black pepper sausage. It’s delicious ❤️
A true Farm-to-Table local meat market with an awesome selection of local and Mississippi-made food products. Non-homogenized milk, pastured chicken eggs, huge selection of pastured meats and cuts. My favorites are cooking tallow, ground brisket, filets, ribeyes, strips, and their chuck roast. Stuffed chicken breasts, pimento cheese, chicken salad, and more! All sorts of ready-made meals. The Deli for lunch is awesome! They do big trays for parties.
The customer service is great. They have good selection of meats, desserts and other items.
