KP Ranch, established in 1992 in eastern Nebraska, operates a commercial beef production cow/calf operation and specializes in Miniature Hereford cattle. They offer a selection of calves and embryos for sale, as well as Heritage Hereford beef delivered directly to customers. The ranch is also known for its championship bloodlines in both cattle and Miniature Australian Shepherds.

Overpriced for what you get, most fat I've ever seen on a strip steak, which are small already. so if you don't want fatty steaks go elsewhere. Burgers went bad 1 day after opening and putting in fridge.. will not buy again. Nice people, just not worth the money for fatty steaks and meat that's bad within a few hours of opening the package (which is very idd unless it sat out before or after they shrink wrapped it). $200 for 7 pounds of meat... part goes bad immediately, part goes in the trash unless you want to eat a bunch of fat. Regret spending the money and wasting the time to cook any of it, very very disappointed. Just tossed one of the ny straps. Having a pb&j for dinner. Thanks for taking my money and giving me garbage in return!!
