Wow, Amazing! The cheese melts in your mouth so smooth and delicious!! The fresh milk was amazing. They even have sausage and beef made from grass fed cattle. Let's not forget the butter the best I have ever had. They have salted, unsalted garlic and yum yum honey butter. The owner was amazing and I loved and enjoyed hearing the story of how they are there. Come out support a local business and purchase some fresh dairy products.

We stopped by her on a whim when traveling back from the valley. The folks here are such a delight to visit with. It was like seeing old friends that you just met. We picked up several kinds of queso and they are all absolutely delicious! We also got 5 quarts of milk. It tastes so much better than any milk I have ever tasted. Since we don't drink a lot of milk in our house, I made cheese out of most of it. Farmer's cheese with green onion in it is really good and very easy to make at home.

Went for a visit to buy some fresh milk, came back with my kids and husband for the tour. Super educational and fun. You learn that these cows are treated humanely, cared for well, and make great milk. Their cheese is delicious! Definitely recommend a visit!

This place was an experience, warning for some reason the google maps doesn’t take you directly to the farm and building you need to go to check out their cheese. We went in an odd time but we were very welcomed. When you enter, you have windows where you can see a worker cutting and packaging cheese. On the other side are clear refrigerator doors like a grocery store with racks of different kinds of cheese. We bought three different kinds. Since the trip, we have tried one package to make quesadillas. Great cheese! It is a soft cheese and in some ways different tasting then store bought and not hard on the digestion. We will definitely be back to try more and maybe the yogurt.

We're all looking for signs in life. Sometimes life delivers it literally. ”Fresh cheese” has got to be one of the best. This unplanned stop was a rewarding detour. Queso fresco and curds with spices is (surprisingly) hard to come by so this was real treat. The quality and taste of the cheese is way better than anything we could get at the store. Way cheeper too. Every trip back to Corpus Christi will definitely include a stop a Knolle.

This place is awesome. They have very delicious cheese The owners are such sweet people, very nice and caring. I went with my mom. Today and they made sure my mom was comfortable. It was hot outside and they brought my mom a cold water, plus They helped me bring her inside the store I definitely recommend This place, awesome products and over the top customer service.

My family and I stopped in on our way back from Port A. We sampled fresh milk, honey flavored Mezcal de Mie Yogurt and artisanal Mexican- inspired cheeses. Our girls kept saying they loved the “new” milk😉. Sampling and buying these grass fed, dairy products was a true Farm to Table experience for our family. This will be a new family tradition, added to our annual Port Aransas family vacation!

Had a great time on our visit. Got to see calves, cows and other animals - exciting for a child. Purchased cheese, milk and grass fed beef at their store.

Loved it. Went for the first time today for the market day and had a great time. Grandkids got to bottle feed a calf. Local vendors were great. Spent a little too much but was worth every penny. Hope they continue the market day monthly.

I literally stopped drinking regular ol' milk from HEB after I drank some of their milk. Now it's their milk, latte, yogurt, cheese, and the coffee mate they make. I made egg nog with the coffee mate because it was perfectly seasoned. Can't wait to go see the farm. Thanks for the delicious milk guys your awesome.
