Very clean store. I’ve encountered nothing but nice staff. Questions were answered. I’ve tasted their roast, hamburger meat, chicken- so far. Top tier ground beef! The chicken was so delicious. I still have my cube steak I haven’t cooked yet. I will be going back for more of the above and will be buying bulk in the ground beef -for sure! What a blessing you’re only 8 minutes from my home! I recently purchased a half cow from this butcher shop, and it was some of the best meat I’ve ever had. I’ve been buying beef this way for years, and I’ll definitely return for my next order. The marbling was excellent, and the packaging was top-notch. The only issue was an unexpected fee of nearly $90 just for using a credit card. Had I been informed of this prior to purchase, I would have gladly used another form of payment. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’ll absolutely be buying from them again.
There is nothing I can say but oh my goodness. If you can't find anything you like here, go meet the folks who run the store. You can't NOT like them...but really, the meat will make you a snob. It's that good.
Big shoutout to Travis and his crew at Knockout. They do an awesome job and with the new location, their retail shop is a great place to buy fresh and local beef.

Just picked up the second steer I've had processed here. Fantastic job on the meat. Great yield in return product. Awesome folks to work with. Travis and his crew are top notch. Would not recommend any one else to prepare your beef except Knockout Butchery.

Very helpful filling out the cut sheet. Willing to answer questions throughout the whole process of butchering. Very polite when communicating with them. I look forward to using them in the future. Butcher and owner complimented the quality of my beef, which made me feel like the work paid off. Thanks again for your help.
