K&L processing LLC

A customer of mine sent a lamb here and I requested the pelt back so I could tan it. I was VERY impressed with how nice the pelt had been taken off, litterally no holes, very smooth, one of the easiest pelts I have ever tanned. This speaks to the skill and quality of K&L, my customer has also always been happy with the meat he gets back from them. Highly reccomend.

Great prices ,and great cuts of meat even has fresh food for the puppers, my dogs love it! This family owned business will make you feel welcome right at home with every visit, and was generous with providing my sons boy scout troop 556 out of Sullivan with breakfast sausage for their mothers day breakfast. Everyone who showed for the breakfast left talking about how good it was thank you K&L processing!!

I started getting my meat through this company because the owner is an old high school friend, however, I haven't had a single problem with the meat or packaging! Nate and his team do an amazing job and take pride in their work unlike alot of co canoes anymore. Five stars for quality, pricing, and customer service.

The owner is a stand up guy goes out of his way to make sure the kids in 4h programs are taken care of gives up his own time to haul animals and the quality of workmanship and service is top notch

I’ve had multiple cows processed here, and KL has done a great job accommodating changes, requests, and being accurate. You can’t expect perfection, they’re human. Yesterday, we had to do an emergency farm kill on a Saturday and these boys showed up within hours, with a plan, and worked fast and efficient making a bad situation better. Extremely thankful for their services.

Good people good price I would recommend to anyone

We used this processor this year for our grass fed lambs. One of those lambs belonged to a customer. The processor was accommodating, friendly, and professional. The holding pens were clean and quiet. I was able to inspect my carcasses after slaughter. Again, the locker was clean and organized. They processed my boys to mine and my customer’s exact specifications. The beautifully frenched the racks and shanks. All of the meat was packaged perfectly and they kept the animals separate so that we can compare taste/quality of each and adjust our breeding program accordingly. Our customer is extremely happy with his lamb this year! I can’t say enough about these guys. We will continue to use them to forward as our business grows.

Bought 1/4 beef local and it was cut and wrapped here. It was a terrible job. Steaks cut crooked maybe 1/2 inch on one side and 3/4 on the other. Hard to grill. Bone dust from meat saw not removed. Bloody packages. Never use them again.

Went today not knowing how to buy. They showed us exactly what we were to recieve, types of cuts made. Packaged perfectly vacuumed sealed and labeled including cut type and weight. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Very impressed purchased 1/4 cow.

Great people and do very nice work

Bought a local 1/4 of beef and it was taken here. Awful job on processing. Steaks cut crooked, bone shavings, but to top it off around 1/4 of the vacuum packages were not sealed there were wrinkles at the seams that let air get in, and now we are having to eat freezer burned meat. Even as i was loading it into my car i was finding packs that weren't sealed. Save yourself the trouble, and wasted product. Take your beef somewhere else for processing. I have been buying meat this way for years, and never had this much trouble.
