Keystone Cattle Company

I visited here to volunteer for the ranch. We made beaver dam analogues and Zuni bowls to help with water infiltration and to keep the stream fuller longer into the dry season. I haven't tried the beef but I fully approve of the ranch's environmental practices and for that reason I highly recommend the beef!

The meats are awesome! They’re high quality and taste amazing. We have bought 1/2 a hog, and have also had a beef sampler box. The pork roll and 1/4 pound burger patties are our favorites so far. Derek and all of the team at Keystone are great. Their dedication to provide local, high quality meats is tremendous.

My family has been getting beef from Derek for three years now. We buy a quarter or half and it is always delicious. If we run out and make burgers with other meat, the kids don’t like them! The steaks are our other favorite cut. Highly recommend Keystone Cattle Company - Derek and team are fantastic to work with.

I went to Keystone Cattle Co. last week for the first time. I purchased the grass fed sampler box. The steaks and burgers were fantastic. Derek spent time showing my family the farm and he was extremely knowledgeable. I will be going back very soon to purchase more from them!

Got the beef sampler. Fast and effective shipping, quality product. Steaks were great. The patties were our favorite. I'll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend. Tastes great, so much better than I can get in any local grocery stores, and I love knowing our food is coming from a source we trust.

We recently purchased a half of a grass fed cow, Derek was very helpful with the ordering process as we’ve never done this before. Very quick and easy. The beef is delicious. Can’t wait to try the other samplers they offer in their shop. Will definitely be our only stop for meat

Best beef filet and steaks we’ve had! - tasty, tender and great marblization. Purchased the grass fed non-gmo grain finish. This farmer-butcher team is the real deal. Worth the visit to the farm to see how they love and care for both their animals and the people they serve. Clearly proud of what they do. And their prices are reasonable. We won’t buy store bought anymore. Huge difference in the meat quality. We “feel” better (digestion) after eating Keystone cattle beef. Must be all the sunshine, clean fields and love they put into the minimal processing. We love knowing where our food comes from. Farm to table clean food! Love it.
