Great quality, friendly staff, clean store, excellent service! Most flavorful ground beef I've ever tasted, and the petite sirloin is incredibly tender! All of brats are delicious, and I if you don't know which to choose just ask someone behind the counter. I really appreciate their expert advice!

I went here looking for ground breakfast sausage. Their sausage has a good grind and spice mix. While there, I decided to try the beef Jerky. No stars for the Jerry. Flavor was lacking and I thought I was chewing on an old boot!
Had them process a few cows a couple of years ago. Still have nightmares about the steaks and roasts. No care put into the product. Uneven as can be, just band saw a bunch of meat off a cow and wrap it up, filled with tendon and small chunks of bone everywhere. I shouldn't have to re trim every cut to eat it. Worst experience I've ever had with a butcher shop.

Visiting the area from Houston Texas and needed a couple of good steaks for our 10 year anniversary. Kelso's staff was friendly and accommodating with a great selection. To choose from. We settled on a bone in Ribeye and a T-bone, steaks were excellent!!!
Went in for a brisket for my first smoker experience. Great group of guys especially Tyler. Got another brisket today 6/28 from lim. Posting some photos of the previous smokes brisket and tri tip.

First time in today to get away from supermarket meats and WOW such a wonderful experience! Coming off of being vegetarian for several years, I wanted to buy from a place that was kind to their animals beforehand. The guy who helped me was SO nice and informative. Made me feel welcomed. Walked me through and told me about literally everything. Even trying their in house dog food for my 3 doggies. I walked away with way more than I anticipated but my freezer will be stocked! And I will 100% be back. Thank you #customerforlife
