Picked up jalapeño brats at farmers market on the Square on Saturday. Very good and not overly fat. Cooked medium heat and rotated quarter turn every 10 minutes. Temp was 170 pulled and covered until veggies done. Will be trying other style. Don’t boil the flavor out. Just put on grill and watch so you don’t burn out the flavor.
It was great! Best pork and beef my wife and I EVER had. My father n law and I helped out around farm doing some repair work. Live these guys!
