I have done a half and a quarter of beef with them, by far the best meat market I have used, meat is super lean and they call and ask exactly how you want things done and do as promised. The meat is superior as to anything I have bought from the store, I referred people to them and they are able to deliver. When you get to the store the sausage is amazing I reccomend the saurekraut brats they are the best!
Kauk's has the greatest home made sausage you've ever tasted. My wife has family in Eureka and she grew up on Kauk's meats. We live in Omaha and my kids just love the sausage also. We'll always order from Kauk's no matter where we live. The Carlson's
