Best cheese on the VT cheese trail. Very well kept cows make great milk and thereby great cheese. Mike makes many of his cheeses in the European tradition. He’s the only creamery in Vermont to make Vertalia and the only farm in the country making Piora. If you appreciate fine crafted cheese and nuanced flavors then call to schedule your free tour, meet the animals, learn the process and try this cheese. I guarantee you will not leave empty handed. For as good as the cheeses are they are quite affordable. Don’t miss Karim Farm on the cheese trail. It’s the best you’re going to get.
This family had some amazing cheese with great personality combined. You could see they put all the hardwork into making their products worth a buy for the customer. Thank you so much for such a great experience and for such great cheese.
