Kara Farms appears to be a business that deals with agricultural products, specifically hay for livestock. The reviews indicate that they may have a questionable reputation regarding their transactions and customer service. The primary focus seems to be on selling hay, but there is no clear indication that they sell beef or other livestock products.
We have been looking for bales of hay for our livestock bc of the severe drought our hay fields aren't producing enough grass and came upon Kara Farms. Kara Farms recommended Montoya Lines LLC to transport the hay we purchased. Kara Farms & Montoya Lines LLC were working together to steal the hay. I'm guessing Kara & Montoya got spooked when we started calling law enforcement and somehow miraculously Kara Farms was willing to return the money we paid for the hay. (Weird if not associated) My guess is there was never any ready bales of hay. We returned to pick up the money from Kara farms & the guy quickly tried return money and rush off; mind you Kara farms won't let you into their property and do all transactions at the road gate. Counted the money and he'd shortchanged us $230! The guy had the nerve to say we didn't know how to count money! We counted several times & he finally agreed to go back inside to get the missing $230. He took easily 30 minutes to return. And that's after we called and text him to remind him we were outside at road gate waiting. Then he said he didn't want to ever again deal with us... This place is a scam! Buyer Beware! Unfortunately bc of severe drought this place is preying on hardworking folks that are in desperate need of hay for livestock. I'm writing this review as a warning. We were lucky to get our money back, next buyer might not be as lucky.
