My wife and I get all of our beef from j4cattle every Saturday morning at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market. Our go to meats are the ranch steaks, tri-tip and filet.
We purchased some ribeyes and ground beef from them at the Fresh Market 2 Saturdays ago. We loved their beef so much that we went back to the farmers market just for their beef this past Saturday. My girlfriend even remarked that it was the best steak she's ever had. I highly recommend them!
We love getting our pasture raised beef from J4 Cattle Company! We have known Anna (the owner) for quite some time, and she is the sweetest and kindest person. We have always placed online orders for pick up at the CLT farmers market, and they always greet us with the warmest welcome! Our children love their beef! Try their chorizo - it’s to die for. This past weekend we were able to pick up some Ribeyes as well as some NY Strips. They also gave us a pound of ground beef to try free of charge. I can’t say enough good things about the meat that we have tried so far. The Ribeye was so full of flavor, and the ground beef was some of the best I’ve had. I’m looking forward to buying more meat from them on a regular basis.
J4 fam truly has the best meats you can buy! Found them a while back at the CLT farmers market and haven’t purchased any red meats from a store since. Their genuine love of what they do literally can be tasted in their meats, there’s zero comparison to anything else. Bout to fire up a filet/tenderloin as we speak!
I discovered J4 at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market on Yorkmont Rd. I have LOVED everything I've ever bought and I'm still trying new stuff!! The fact that they are nice folks is the whipped cream on top!!!
