So far, of all the regenerative pasture raised, grass fed, grass finished meats I have tried, Iron Springs is the best. I've had their ground beef, chuck roast, bottom round roast, beef shank (my favorite so far), and a whole chicken. I slow cook a lot because the meat is super tender, it's easy, and I love the meat broth. And I slow cook with just water, salt, plus a little ghee. I just slow cooked a whole chicken last night (I had to break off the legs to get it to fit in my instant pot (they are big). I've slow cooked many pasture raised chickens. This is the first time the meat broth was vsisbly gelatinous. And it's so good. 🙏🏼🤗💜
Great grass-fed meats! Just had their picanha grilled over an open fire, and it was perfect! Friendly and professional setup at the market in Flagstaff. Seems like they’re doing it right!
