As first time goat owners, I wanted to make sure everything was done right from the beginning. That goes all the way back to how previous generations of the herd are raised, and Ann & David set that bar so high, I don’t think I will ever see another small town local farm be anything close to this level of cleanliness, friendliness from the owners and the animals, diversity in what they offer, and overall professional mentor-like relationship that I trust from day one. What started as a message to see if they had weaned babies available this spring has evolved quickly into a friendship and reliable resource for any concerns. After multiple visits to the farm to make the best choice on which animals would truly fit our life best, we now have 5 happy healthy super socialized baby goats in the backyard. Thanks to their family farm days and kids social time, this extension of my family are more like lovable dogs than livestock. The products that they make fresh and provide to the community are the exact crave worthy type of foods you would look for in a farm store. I am excited to watch Iron Leaf grow and keep providing the community as well as people from farther reaches with livestock and food worthy of a 6 star review ;) ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I visited Iron Leaf Farm to drop off a Christmas tree for the goats to eat and so that my kiddos could see/visit the goats. It was my first time being here, but it looked like a pretty awesome little farm. They even had some cocoa and cookies set up for people to grab! Oh! And a couple cute little goat ornaments for sale! I bought one of the ornaments because they were beyond cute! All in all, my kids and I had a pretty great visit! We'll definitely be back again!

Iron Leaf Farm is top notch. As a fellow goat keeper I have relied greatly on their expertise. We have used their stud services and continue to do so. Ziggy, the buck who comes to visit our girls each year, along with all the goats at Iron Leaf are well cared for and personable. I love having him here! And to top it off, Anne and David are incredibly kind and easy to work with. They even came over in the middle of the night to help me with a couple of difficult goat births, as I'm still learning myself. Anne has also shared some of her extra donated Christmas trees with me for the goats to eat. Anne and David, and Iron Leaf, are what you could only wish for as neighbors and local farmers. I couldn't recommend this farm more.

I LOVE Iron Leaf Farm! While I used to have goats of my own, it is great to network with other goat farmers. Now that I no longer have goats, I can still get to love on their’s occasionally. The fridge has several wonderful goodies available for sale. I especially like the pickled eggs and the peanut butter fudge! They have farm days with lots of good vendors. Lots of nice crafts, food items, and goat visiting. I look forward to going to these. I have been lucky to be able to use the goat stud service for one of my does. She had 2 perfect baby girls this past spring. The breeding was easy, the bucks were nice in temperament and handsome too. Anne and Dave were great to work with and I hope to do it again when I start my herd back up. All in all, I only have good things to say. They offer lots of opportunities to visit and learn about goats. They are very kid friendly. Great place to bring the kids to learn about how great goats are.

I was trying to find a place to have a birthday party for our goat loving three year old, so I called Iron Leaf Farm to see if they did this sort of thing. They said they had never hosted such a party before, but made it happen for us - Ann and David are the nicest, chillest people you'd ever want to meet. Super accommodating and easy to work with. Everyone had a blast, perfect little day for our son.

I highly recommend, the owners are wonderful and always willing to offer insight and help with the goats I got from them. The animals are clearly happy and well loved, and the farm fresh food at the stand is amazing. We love the goat cheese and goat milk fudge. Would definitely recommend as a great place to have a kids party or for anyone who just likes being able to spend time with friendly loving animals.
