Recently moved to LP and was hungry for a steak. We went to the I St Market and got 2 of the rib eyes that are on sale for $16. Boy we were disappointed. My steak was full of gristle and my husbands was excessively fatty. We also got a pound of chicken salad and a half pound of sandwich spread. To put it nicely, the sandwich spread is awful. I'm throwing it out. The chicken salad appears to be full of pickles and mayo but not much chicken. My husband will eat it but if it were up to me, I'd throw that out too. Very disappointed.

Went to purchase meat. Noticed price was higher than stated online. I brought it to attention. Was told no so i left. Called Ryan the owner. He offered at cost and would even bring it to me ssying they do not do business like that. I held off on him bring it as i was not available that day. He stated call and i will make it right. My next move by there (his Birthday lol) i stoped again being about the 3rd time buying there i meet the manager who was rude. I left again Ryan was contacted and told me he was no longer honoring his word and due to me blasting his business . I now feel as his business is not top notch as i do know meat was tough and had grisle in the loins of ribeye we had purchased. Watch price he gives folks! Not a man of his word!

Make sure to weigh the meats if you get a whole NY strip or ribeye I was supposed to get 11 and a half pounds, and ended up only getting about 9 and a half. Just check so it doesn’t happen to you. The meat is really good so I’m still gonna give it two stars since I haven’t had this problem before. It’s just really unsatisfying since I drove over an hour away.

Horrible people working there ! the older lady at the check out made a snide comment to my son so we stopped going . i thought i’d try again today , nope the guy attending the meat counter was the rudiest ! everything i said i was snapped at ! do long i wont be back ! hope other customers have a better experience!

Normally I go to Lowerys in MI but thought I'd give this place a try. Overall it was ok but they don't have the selection that Lowerys does or the prices although not too bad.

Great selection and will sell in bulk. Knowledge and helpful, they will answer your questions professionally and courteously. Been there a long time, and it shows (5 names, 4 owners, lots of long term staff).

This was my first time coming here. Bought this ground beef two days ago before this photo. Turned brown and smelled really bad. Tried to return but they were closed even though it says on the website they close at 8.
