H's Custom Cuts

H's always does great work. We have taken about 7 elk and 3 deer and the meat has been the absolute best. I will drive the extra distance for the fantastic end product.

Met Harold n his crew including the dauchshunds very nice people n the dogs let me pet them. I think they knew I had a dauchshund too! Picked up some goodies for Roxy she will enjoy.

Discovered this awesome business in desperate times. Seems every hunter scored their buck same weekend, and everywhere was full up! Had to drive an hour and a half, but what a find! Excellent service, excellent packaging, timely, and friendly. The wild game jalepeno sticks are amazing as well! Thinking about some orders as Christmas gifts! Great recipe! We found H's Custom Cuts through a referral. We recently took three large pigs in not knowing what to expect. The shop smelled really, really good, which gave me faith they knew how to cure meat (years ago we'd experienced tasteless pig curing in CO). Our meat, almost 900#, was ready to pick up within 9 days, a very nice turnaround time. Everything was packaged in clear wrapping and labeled, except for the pork sausage in white wrapping and labeled, which makes it extremely easy to find whatever cut of meat I'm looking for in the freezer. The meat itself, oh-my-gosh, it is so superb tasting!!!!! The whole family just loves the flavor!! Five stars just doesn't rate H's Custom Cuts high enough, they deserve much higher! We definitely will go back to them again, hopefully soon with some wild game.

I was very pleased with my experience. I brought a bison in late in the evening. The grandson met me, and he took it in for us. Please remember to tip for extra stuff like this. When we tipped and asked if he always got tipped, he said we were the first to tip him. Then our meat was processed quickly and organized as we expected. I will go back.

I had a Bison processed last week. The people were great. The meat was pk nicely. They skinned the Bison in a hr. The meat was ready in 5 days Kudos to H customs.

Harold produces some of the finest processed wild and domestic Cuts in Platte County. Try the bratwurst and sausage you won't regret it!

Wouldn't go anywhere else

Very happy with the processing time and end product of our elk. Might be limited on elk stick flavors but everyone likes the smoky BBQ and plain sticks that we received.
