Picked up about 5 lbs of Korean short ribs here and they were absolutely excellent—great marbling, super fresh, and perfect for the grill. Needless to say the butcher knew exactly what they were and how to slice them. He was friendly and helpful too. Also bought farm fresh butter and that was excellent also. Definitely coming back for more soon !
Decided to go here last min on a Sunday afternoon saw it closes at 6. Grabbed one 1 inch bone in rib eye to try and let me say incredible. Literally the tiniest bone and all meat and just the perfect amount of fat for a buttery smoothness. The butcher was extremely helpful and treated me in a way I definitely will be back for more .
My husband and I absolutely love this place. I call in advance sometimes to have my order ready- doesn’t matter if it’s 4 burgers or 4 steaks, they always accommodate. My husband sends me most of the time when he’s at work- the people who work their are always polite when I tell them I have no clue and want their opinion lol never disappointed, we have sent many of our friends and family to them. Pork chops, steaks, burgers, bacon... ALL AMAZING! Just wish they had delivery 😁

Love the meat from here nice and fresh doesn't sit in the refrigerator always fresh and the butchers there are really great help keep this small business going. We don't see enough of small businesses anymore.

Hands down the best cut of meats on Staten Island. I ordered this porchetta (with the loin)and they had it ready for me in one day.
It was my first time going to this place, filet megnon was amazing, can’t get any better, hamburgers were great, i would rather my kids eat these hamburgers than any other junk . I liked it very much . Guys at the store were perfect, simple , straight, professional, just the way it is supposed to be . I just had to update my review after I got lamb yesterday. Meat is crazy good, as good as get gets , you don’t find it in many places , this is the first one on the island I found . It is just made my day cooking it. All I can say thank you very much for keeping a tradition of the meat it is supposed to be.
