I am happy to buy from and support this wonderful local business. We live in Dallas and regularly have farm fresh eggs, incredible meat products and baked goods delivered to our home. All items are kept cold during transport and we leave a cooler by the front door if we are not home at the time of delivery. They are very responsive and always on time. You won't be disappointed. I recommend trying the Blueberry Coffee Cake! Yum!
Hood Family Farms is fantastic. They are the easiest and sweetest people to work with and I fully trust all of their farming practices. Their eggs are full of flavor and their chicken is so fresh. It is also packaged wonderfully. I have ordered from some family farms that have had questionable packaging leading me to wonder about the freshness of the items. This is not the case here. I am always impressed with everything I order and love the passion behind this farm. They truly pour themselves into what they do.
The ground beef from Hood Family Farms is some of the best beef we have ever had. You can taste the care of the animals and farm in the quality of the food. This was our first order with them and will definitely not be our last. The people that I have communicated with have all been very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend ordering from Hood Family Farms!
We ate at the Food Truck. Food was absolutely delicious. Only gave 4 stars because the Meatball sandwich had literally 3 small meatballs, and the rest was bread and marinara sauce. Though the sauce and meatballs were delicious.
Hood Family Farms is the best! We’ve hired their food truck for several private events and they never disappoint! The yummiest freshest farm to table food. I highly recommend.
The best eggs around! We’ve had our eggs delivered for the past year and we just LOVE it. Also love that they deliver to Houston—we’ve sent flowers and baked goods to family members and they rave about Hood Family Farms deliveries. Just a gem of a local business.
Hands down the best beef we have ever tasted. We also ordered the jams and the kids cant get enough of it. Will be buying again from them soon and frequently. Whole process was really easy. Great job guys.
Found this place during the fall at the Tyler farmers market. We even went on a tour there. Their passion is amazing and we had the best rack of lamb ever from them. The jalapeño bread is the best, unless you count their Christmas cookies. If you’re looking for a small, family owned, local farm to support to keep your money local I would pick this one.
The quality and diversity of meat is top notch. I love the convenience of delivery to my home. Deliveries are frozen so into the cooler it goes and I don't need to be home to receive it. Customer service is great and super easy as well. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
