I love how they explained the grass roots process of the Honeysuckle’s pride to process their products. A very high quality standard that’s only assumed from local grocery stores. We have been buying from Honeysuckle about 18 months. Fresh milk, whole chicken brats, cut up ichickens, polish sd sausage, fresh turkeys for Thanksgiving. I’ve ordered many products from Honeysuckle Farms and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the products as well as the service. Most recently, my husband and I decided to purchase a whole pig! A little out of my comfort zone, Rachael and Joe were extremely helpful in explaining the process and providing different options/tips for processing. I LOVED the fact the processing place they use gave us organic processing/seasoning options. We’ve tried the sausage, ham, bacon and pork chops so far and are beyond satisfied with the quality, freshness and flavor! This may have been our first time purchasing a pig, but it surely will not be our last!
