Honey Tree Farm

I learned about this farm while visiting the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market. Had a very nice conversation with the owner and happy to support a fellow veteran. Everything I've purchased has been top notch, but I want to particularly brag on the spinach. It is the best I've ever had! It's larger than the typical baby spinach I'm used to. I regularly enjoy it raw in smoothies. It has mild flavor so doesn't affect the taste. I also like to gently wilt down and add to pasta sauces or on pizza. I'll be a little sad when it's done for the season but looking forward to what will be available in summer.

Tori and Casey run their business the way everyone should, and it shows in their beautiful produce! You can order on their website Mon-Thurs and pick up at the farmers market on Sat and I love this option! The best fruits and vegetables anywhere!

Casey and Tori at Honey Tree Farm, through their strong work ethic, have created the ideal market garden as they grow produce organically and environmentally friendly. They are dedicated to educating their customers, their local community, the public and other market garden growers on developing healthy soil and healthy crops. Boy, so I miss their You Tube videos, so helpful!

Tori is a delight and we are excited to see the expansion to their farm with more to offer us the customer year round. The produce is phenomenal.

Nothing is easier than planning a wonderful surprise for yourself. Order a CSA box for pickup and be amazed at the assortment of beautiful vegetables you will have to turn into exciting dishes all week long. I cook for myself and my husband and I order a Small box on Monday when Tori sends out the list and pick up my box on Saturday. If we’re out of town on Saturday, I skip a Monday order and pop over on Wednesday to do my own shopping.

Receiving my turmeric was very fast. The turmeric itself was big, beautiful and really fresh. I was so happy to get my order. It was worth every penny and it was a remarkable deal for the quality product I received. I'm looking forward to using some and growing the rest for my own harvest in the fall!

Whether I pick up my produce at the farm or the farmers market, Tori always has a smile on her face AND she remembers your name! Their produce is top notch. Vibrant in color and healthy looking. She is always helpful to answer any questions about how to keep stuff fresher longer and different ways to use it. I love getting fresh veggies for Honey Tree.

The quality of the produce Honey Tree offers is amazing, like what my parents grew when I was a child in Connecticut. One exception is the absence of commercial fertilizers. So happy they are my neighbors.
