Quite possibly one of the best gifts I’ve ever given to my husband. For the guy who has everything, he’s very hard to buy for. Made a purchase for Father’s Day and my husband was thrilled. Everyone really enjoyed the meal. Highly recommend. Customer service is amazing. Quality is outstanding.

We really enjoyed our bison box from Heritage! The meat is so delicious... healthier than beef and it just has a cleaner taste. The ground bison makes absolutely delicious burgers- nothing extra needed. The roast was so simple also, and so were the steaks. Be mindful of your cook time and don’t overcook it, and that’s it! We picked our box up straight from the ranch, and it was lovely to meet Rachel and hear about her family. I’m happy to see that there is free shipping anywhere with an order over a certain amount! We’ll be shipping some out to family for sure!

Make sure you read the description carefully. I believe 50 some dollars is the most I have ever paid for 1 lb of meat. 15.99 & 34.97 to ship. that was an expensive lesson! Supposed to get 10% off but didn't receive email till after order was placed. Assumed (my bad) they would automatically take it off. nope. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING ORDER

I purchased some bison burgers from Heritage Bison Ranches at the farmers market. Not gonna lie, I didn't expect to like them. My husband and 2 sons are big beef and pork eaters and I barely eat any meat. It was kind of an experiment for the kids, like sushi, just something to try. My husband cooked our burgers on a cast iron skillet low and slow, just like we were told. Our house started to smell so good I decided to have one. Wow! I guess I found a burger I like! My sons who are 8 and 11yrs old said it was the best burger they've ever had! My 8yr old said better than McDonald's lol. Anyone with an 8yr old would know that's like the biggest compliment. I'm super surprised. I never take the time to write reviews about most things especially meat. Anyone wondering, just try it! You're welcome!

This is some of best meat we have ever fixed. Their dry sausage and jerky is great for anytime. Highly recommend ordering some.

Had guests over for bison burgers. Oh my goodness never expected a juicy, flavorful burger. I felt awful I didn't have more to feed my guests. My next order is for 2 tomahawk steaks. I previously ordered the rib eye box. On my way to eating healthier meats.

Bison. It's what I love. Thank you for our box of bison meats. I have eaten bison for several years, but this is better than all. I have always known bison meats are less in cholesterol and better for the body, that's why we are lean in our household. Cooking bison meat: do not cook it well done. It is already tender. Test meat after a few minutes on your grill. Adjust time to your liking or for the others in your space. However it comes to the plate, they will love it.

The lady was very friendly and nice. It's a bit pricey but worth it. It was fun seeing such a big heard of Buffalo. I got to go in the house n it was beautiful. Call ahead and they can have the meat ready to pick up for you.

I had an opportunity to go out and meet the owners and learn more about their farm. I had a great experience and went home with plenty of bison. It's tasted wonderful and my family has been enjoying it!
