This place is the bomb! Took last my business last minute! Stayed after hours to complete my situation! Dylan is the man! He is amazing personable knowledgeable and made me feel important definitely my go to! 1st time called and asked and made it happen! Great job guys and Dylan thank you so much! You the man! Keep up the great work man!

Our ranch has been getting about 10 steers per year with Heights Butcher Shop for the last couple years. They always have great communication, time efficiency, knowledge, and friendliness! They’re up for trying new cuts… love the picanha!! We love that they’ll grind our suet for rendering tallow! They are excellent at their craft!

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting the Heights butcher shop. The experience was truly wonderful, starting from the moment I called to inquire about getting a prime rib for my nine-year wedding anniversary. A shoutout to the amazing Carla who went above and beyond to help out - even though cutting isn't her usual task, she did an outstanding job. Our visit today was fantastic, and we'll definitely be returning for more meat products from this incredible butcher shop. Thank you so much, Karla, for your exceptional customer service and for going the extra mile in cutting the meat for us. It looks amazing! I'm eagerly looking forward to cooking my prime rib tomorrow for our anniversary. I highly recommend this place - make sure to pay them a visit!

We've used this shop for 3 years to process our beef. We buy from a rancher and he sends it there for processing. The first year was really great. No gristle on the sides of the steaks, a little fat in the ground beef, but not much. For the last two years we have been extremely disappointed in the quality of the steaks. Tons of gristle. You can't chew through it. We even told the rancher that we didn't want to use them this year, but it was our only option. I'm not sure what the difference is between the two owners, but these are definitely not hand trimmed. I really am glad that they have so many 5 ⭐️ reviews. I believe in supporting small businesses. My two stars are for the friendliness of the employees and for their awesome sausage, which we will continue to buy. Unfortunately we won't use them to process our beef again.

They cut and wrapped my beef. I'm not a very good butcher only butchering my elk and deer but I've personally never experienced the amount of bone gristle tendons in my burger that I have had with heights meats. Only being a hunter butchering my own elk and deer I know from grinding up burger you'd damn near have to purposefully place that meat in there with the bones and tendons like that. Also they do not hang their beef for more than a day or 2 causing terrible tasting steaks. i have no idea how this place rates a 4.7.

We got our 1st half beef this year, and it was very convenient, and the cut and wrap was excellent.

Great butcher shop. Second time buying a cow for the family. Professional, courteous, family orientated, knowledgeable and all around great locally owned place to work with. Very fair in pricing. And the beef taste? Amazingly good.

Heights has the best meats & sausage. If you haven’t had their cheddar jalapeño you are missing out! We order in bulk it’s that good. Great people and family. A true down home American business

Hands down the best butcher shop within a 100 mile radius!! They are very friendly and professional! The quality of meat that they offer is unlike anything in town! Especially when they make their famous cheddar jalapeño Brotz!!! 10/10 !!

Where to begin? Rydder and crew are absolutely amazing! Everything that we get from the Heights Butcher shop is always top shelf. From the high quality ground beef to the mouth watering Ribeye steaks I can't say enough about their operation. I would much rather spend my money here, a locally owned company. Everytime we go in Rydder makes us feel welcome and part of the family. The steaks are always on point and as fresh as can be! Don't waste your money at these big stores and get mediocre cuts, go directly to Heights and get the best steaks in the LCV.

The people are very friendly, helped me to the car with my boxes. Their prices are very good. There customers are very friendly. Its nice to have a real meat market. its old school but they do a good job. I also got some of the best Dog bones for my Puppy's there. My puppy's love dog bones choose on them every day. They last a really long time because they are real bone and big. We thank you .

Searched for a place to buy some good ribeyes to cook on the 4th and was not disappointed. We bought 8 ribeyes and not only were they reasonably priced, they were absolutely delicious. Thank you!

Having someone cut from hanging meat for me is a new experience, With a minimum of instruction the butchers produced perfect sized cuts and I could not expect more in product or service. I am all for supporting cash sales. Sure I love to get my percentage kickback from using a card but using a card increases costs so who is fooling us here. Cash is king. We are getting squeezed out of using cash. Wait til the government in the near future commits to digital to hide their financial mistakes, debt and peer into every financial transaction you make. The recent Canadian move to shut off the funds of protesting individuals should be a grim warning. Cash is old school, but no serious business would cook the books risking an audit crisis. Cash actually protects certain freedoms we are going to painfully miss. Thanks for the great service and excellent cuts.

They always do a great job! From scheduling the butcher, to picking up our meat they are always helpful, and affordable! Great people to work with!

Heights Butcher Shop processed my beef from the Ranch Bar 46. RusticRydder slaughter did the slaughter. All 3 companies did and amazing job. We are very happy! Very professional.

Ordered half a beef from a local farmer. As I’ve been going through the meat I’ve noticed that much of the meat is missed labeled and or wrong cuts. Nothing like open a pack of so called ribeyes and getting New York’s. The amount of blue skin still on the meat is unpleasant shouldn’t have to take 10-15 mins of time before cooking to remove it. First experience has not been very good.

Delightful little shop. Very nice people, they helped me figure out what cuts I wanted and then upon pick up, helped me load up. Parking is a bit tricky but other than that, no complaints!

Great family owned business, love the steaks from these guys. They also have fantastic jerky.

They provide a quality service and product. Easy to work with and willing to help the ranchers out.

Best quality beef around, the butchers are very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile!
