Such a fun experience! Last night I texted late about a tour for today and they got back to me right away. My kids had such a good time seeing and learning about farm animals, petting, and feeding them. Although I think hugging all the barn cats was the highlight of her day. Once my son (also named Forrest) gets older we will have to come back. We are also excited to try the eggs and meat! Yumm
For a loving /true farm experience- you certainly need to try this. The cottage stay is comfortable and the people (J. & F.) Are amazing teachers and animal lovers. Have been here twice and each time it just gets better.
Great place to experience farm life! Jennifer and Forrest are excellent hosts! So very knowledgeable about animals and their environment. Recommend this experience for ALL ages.

We found Heavenly Acres through Harvest Hosts and stayed the night on their property with our camper. It was quiet and beautiful, and our 2.5 year old LOVED seeing the donkeys, feeding chickens, ducks, and alpacas, and finding eggs. Jennifer and Forrest were so kind and accommodating. We left in the morning with some farm fresh eggs. Our daughter can't stop talking about it. Thank you, Forrest and Jennifer!

My two kids and I recently visited for a farm tour, and had a fantastic time! Jennifer and Forrest were wonderful. My kids (and I!) very much enjoyed seeing, touching, and feeding such a wide variety of animals. Would definitely recommend, and we look forward to going back.
We stayed in our RV thru Harvest Host for a day at their farm. Experience was amazing. Got to feed the animals and even milked a goat and sheep. Bought their duck and chicken eggs and roaster chickens which were delicious. Jennifer and Forrest were so knowledgable and friendly. Our 9 year old granddaughter couldn’t stop talking about all the wonderful animals she interacted with and how much fun she had.
We stayed the night here with HarvestHosts. We were able to pull a 42ft fifth-wheel trailer in here so I’m sure you’ll fit 😁 The farm’s not very far from the interstate but far enough so that you won’t hear it all night long. You’re able to help the owners (very nice btw) with morning chores around the farm, which is really fun for kids. (Additional charge for this) We had a ton of fun and if you’re passing through and looking for somewhere easy to stay, this place is great!
Very friendly people and a safe place to rest. They have animals to entertain you too. Had a cute baby apaca 3 weeks old at the time of our visit.
