Ok I’m not the type to write a review on a steak haha… BUT we had a FlatIron steak on the grill a couple nights ago. The first night we had roasted carrots and golden beets with it…. I literally cut it with a fork. Last night we used the leftovers to dice up with onions and avocado on the cast iron for street tacos. UNREAL! Keep doing whatever the hell you are doing over there :)
Visited Heartbrand Cattle today for the first time. Jojo and his team were very accommodating, helped with our decision making process, and answered every question we had! Great people, beautiful ranch, and a fantastic lunch! Looking forward to the next trip!
