The BEST fresh meat that you can get anywhere close to home! Coming from someone who almost went vegetarian after covid because store bought meat made me want to barf after the first bite! Also, my husband says that when he wakes up on Friday mornings, he can taste Harv’s ribeyes! 😂 that says a lot because Mr. Whitley is very picky. Harv is a phenomenal businessman, and friend to our community who shows he cares by serving the best of the best. If you haven’t read his story about how he got started, please do so. It’s a dream for so many of us! Harv is also a VETERAN which makes us want to come back weekly to give back to him and his family for their sacrifice and service. Best butcher shop I've ever been to in my life. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is spotless and the product is responsibly sourced from local farms that they inspect. The only place I like to get my meats.

Harv’s Butcher Shop is amazing, and we have enjoyed everything we have bought there! The St. Louis ribs we cooked last week were fantastic. My husband is completely hooked on Harv’s spicy jerky, all of his sausages, and the wonderful selections in the deli case. The mortadella is the best we’ve ever had! Harv’s pork chops, steaks, beef roll-ups and beef burritos are all unusual, outstanding, and just plain delicious. As an added bonus, Harv is knowledgeable about everything he sells, and he is always willing to explain all about his products. We can’t say enough good things about Harv’s Butcher Shop. It is well worth the trip to Lancaster!

Harv’s is a little slice of well seasoned Heaven! He is an artist with a spice rack! I have never been disappointed with his products. Do yourself a favor and plan a trip to Harv’s. My daughter-in-law, Brandi, introduced me to this little shop and now I’m hooked. I cater and know my way around a kitchen……Harv has impressed me with his mad skills! Outstanding!!!
