Can't go wrong. If you want meat that tastes like the good ol' days...this is a must stop. Disappointed that the coto salami, beef sticks and jerky are discontinued, but there is hope of bringing them back. Yes, pricey, but what isn't with great quality.

Staff was very helpful & easy to talk to, you can buy their jerky online the gentleman stated they are trying to set up where they can ship out of state. Awesome prices

I shop there weekly. Excellent butcher shop. I wish they would expand to include a full-on Deli. Hamilton doesn't have one yet.

Idk why we thought it'd be a good idea to buy their ore seasoned or already made meatloaf's.... But we did and they were horrible .. idk what meat substance they mix with the meatloaf but that's not it .. absolutely the worst thing I've ever tasted... The seasoned pork was pretty much same as store bought except more expensive... We weren't thrilled with our last purchase here but thought we'd try to keep supporting local so the fault really is ours in giving this place a second chance. We definitely will not be back not recommend this business. As the picture shows this is how we felt about the meat like substance loaf
