Haines Farming & Custom Meat

Talk about a "Knook" ! This place is one of the Best places I've been to for "Real" food. Highly talented Chef too who creates these awesome tastes. You'll fall in love with this place. The people there are Extremely helpful and very kind and caring, it's in the meat !!! Ill come back every shopping trip. You can call in an order of beef too. One thing in particular is Breakfast Sausage, the Blueberry is out of this world with Blueberry Pancakes.

I've taken our whole beef to get processed here. We bought this steer 6-7 months prior of getting him cut up. When we bought him he was 940 lbs live weight. We feed him/raised this steer for that whole time he was on our farm. Feb. of 2025 we dropped him off at Haines. I asked for a live weight just for our own good and wouldn't you know it there scale wasn't working. Skip to the day we pick it up. His hanging weight was 540 lbs????? (this is what they say he weighed) No way we bought this steer at 940lbs raised for 6 months and he didn't gain 1lbs. Mater a fact if you do the math they are telling me he lost weight. Below are some of the things i know we just ripped off on. 3lbs of filet???? 4 lbs of brisket??? (I wanted full whole brisket as i stated on the cut sheet) 1lbs of beer heart???? I wanted all of the beef tallow. "1 lbs of fat"????" We wont be back for this reason. Whoever bought beef here let me know how my beef tasted.

Love Haines! We’ve purchased beef from them multiple times and every time is excellent! They follow the cut sheet to a T! They’re always helpful with loading and even help carry coolers to my truck. Highly recommend!

Excellent products from Steaks, burgers, pork, turkey, chicken and even fish. Outstanding customer care. Great people working, just fantastic all the way around. We had a small issue and the owner Paul Haines took care of making things right. We get all of our meats at Haines Farming & Custom Meat and have been for over 2 years.

I bought a 1/2 cow from a friend at work. He had Haines do the slaughtering and processing, I picked my 1/2 up at the Gibbon Glade shop. My first experience there was an absolute pleasure. The ladies up front were incredibly friendly, helpful and quite funny! They allowed our 7 y/o to help with packing our frozen packages and were very accommodating to our every need and took the time to answer every question any of us had. We bought some additional beef jerky (which our daughter devoured) and pork sausage, which was some of, if not the best, we have ever had. We will continue to patronize Haines as often as possible, its a little drive to get there but the quality of both the meats and the service are well worth the trip!! Please consider them for your fresh meats in the future, you won't be disappointed!!

Great service and even better products. I actually live very close and it's great to be able to get farm fresh products whenever I want to. Their breakfast sausage is SO good. If you're looking for a local butcher shop this is the place!

I enjoy visiting Haines Meats. Ran by family and friends. I walk in pulling my cooler, they fill it up with quality products that I ask for. I pay them and Most of the time they put that heavy cooler back in my car. Thank you Paul and your team

Recently purchased some meats from here and I have to say, we absolutely LOVE everything that we have tried so far and the prices are just right! Ordered our Easter Ham for pick up. Can't wait to try it!!

You're not going to find meat like this at your grocery store. Finest cuts of meat. If you order ahead they will cut it to your specifications. And the service... They carried my order out to my car and loaded it into my car for me. I have recommended them to all ofu friends.

We are really pleased with this place. They seem to treat the animals very humanely and with dignity. Their processing of our lamb was excellent and their prices quite reasonable.

Great people and great service. Paul has been helping us with our annual Fall Pig Roast for the past several years and he has been so good to work with. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been to quite a few butchers and processors but the folks here will always have my business. They provide amazing services and quality products every time.

Their processing of deer is way above par. It's not cheap but it is of the highest quality. And the prices on their pre wrapped lunch meats and cheeses are very inexpensive when you consider the quality.

Fabulous meat. Even after being cooked and refrigerated for 2 days the meat was still delicious. Great local butcher.
