I'm glad to have found this little gem! The prices were amazing, the meat was so fresh. The owner was very friendly as well and took the time to explain to me the different products he has- I got some boudin sausages and fresh jerky (packaged that day) all made in-house. My husband was just as impressed, they were delicious! We'll be back for sure

I have been using Gorman’s for 3 or 4 years to process my venison and knew their work was top notch in that category. This time I decided to take advantage of their meat bundle special in the form of the Mother’s Day Special. Great deal for the money. We got there and there were a couple of customers in there buying some baby back ribs, but they had enough people out front that they could handle everybody efficiently. We got our bundle and a friend who had ordered also and we picked his bundle up. They had it ready to go in a matter of a few minutes; we paid and we are very satisfied with their service and the product. Beautiful filet mignons marinating now to cook tomorrow for my wife and daughter. Give them a try…..you won’t be sorry.

Best Meat Market in the Forney/Terrell/Kaufman area. If you shop regular, you'll find some really good deals. Their ground beef... chuck or prime... is great. Usually, only one or two animal sourced. No "fillers, pink meat (yuck) or scrap"... all quality meat. They also have WHOLE PORK BELLY! OMG

I only found out about them because someone from their FB page followed my food truck business (J&B's Catfish Crawfish Shrimp) My husband & I called before heading up here and enjoyed speaking with Michelle and we look forward to doing business with them. We purchased 5lb of pork boudin and 1 lb of crawfish boudin.

Absolutely love this family owned business and the atmosphere and energy that they bring to their customers. For the quality of the meat you are receiving their prices are outstanding great!

Hard to find classic butchers these days. This place has it, the selection is great and tge beef is fantastic.

If you like beef jerky they have the best my son gave them five stars on their beef jerky very nice and friendly people and not too bad on price so come check them out

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I walk here everyday for their beef jerky!!! (Yes I'm an addict at this point) Plus their meet is ALWAYS FRESH and their steaks are to die for! Thick cut and so red you can tell it's fresh!!! I absolutely love this place and everyone that works their is supper friendly!!

Today was my first time visiting this market. The lady at the counter was very helpful and informative. She let me try a few samples of smoked sausage. I bought all beef sausage and ground round. Everything was delicious! I'm definitely going back! So glad I visited!
