Gleann Brook Acres Corporation was founded in 2006 by Tracey and Stéphane, alongside their two children. Their dream of owning cattle was fueled by Tracey's educational background in agricultural science and reproductive physiology. Over the years, they have grown their ranch from a passion project to a thriving enterprise with more than 80 Scottish Highland Cattle and a legacy of over 200 calves.
The ranch focuses on raising registered Scottish Highland Cattle, also known as Heilen Coo. This breed, the oldest registered breed of cattle, is renowned for its ability to thrive in harsh conditions. Highland Cattle are well adapted to survive on roughage and can produce top-quality, well-marbled beef without the need for high-quality feeds.
Gleann Brook Acres takes pride in raising their cattle humanely, mirroring natural tendencies as closely as possible. Their cattle are pasture-raised, grass-fed, and finished, ensuring a natural lifestyle free from antibiotics or hormones. This method results in healthier animals with beef that is lower in cholesterol and contains higher levels of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids compared to corn-fed beef.

Cannot recommend Gleann Brook Acres and Tracey enough!! Tracey has been so helpful and you can easily tell she truly loves these animals! We were nervous making an out of state purchase but the process, explanation, and assistance she provided but us at ease! We picked up GBA Maverick 18M this past weekend and couldnt be happier. We will definitely be reaching back out to get another from here. All the cattle looked healthy and happy with gentle temperament!
It was honestly the best experience they were so great the owners were so nice and it made my girlfriend cry with joy 10 of of 10 and 5 stars for you guys
