Gimbel brought their food truck to cater our after-wedding event, and the could only be described one way: delicious. We got the slider combo and also brisket combo, and we were eating it nonstop and heard nothing but compliments on the taste! The fries were amazing (I am a fry lover, so they hit that great boardwalk style, and props on having that malt vinegar!), and the owner and her husband were super helpful and professional in supporting our demanding event. Thank you so much!
Incredible experience! We used their catering for my daughter’s baptism brunch. The food was amazing and the fruit was perfectly ripe. So much attention to detail! Took all the stress out of it. A must book for your event. They are my go to from now on.
Today..... May 21st, 2022 stopped at Stokers in Tamaqua with Gimbles Farm Food truck there. HAD the BBQ Burger then. Brought the Blue Burger home and just finished that! Have to say two of the VERY BEST tasting burgers going! GREAT JOB!
