Gibbs Butcher Block

Found them on Google when we were heading to strongsville. Great local butcher shop with a huge assortment of everything you would find at the grocery store. Produce, dairy, beer, wine, there must have been 20 different sausages. Deli meats and cheeses, so many sauces. We got the smoked pork chops, made them, and were fantastic! The steaks were terrific too. We will definitely make a trip back out. Our cashier kris was the best!

Nice little place. Parking lot is a little rough. Not a lot of room park. It's literally right off the main road. So be careful backing out cuz you will back into the road. That's the only really downfall. They have a little bit of everything. If you need milk or eggs or cheese meat, there's a deli if you need pasta if you need pop or soda or beer. So they have a little bit of everything and they do have lunches. I believe certain hours other day like 11. I think you could come up get a lunch. I believe it's every Saturday. I was told they have like a thing. They give free samples of different sausages and maybe other things. So they do things besides just a somewhat of a corner store. Highly recommend if you're into different types of sausage and other stuff like bottled milk, or cheese or Smokey's either any other kind of deli stuff

Found this place on Google Maps after my last trip to Cleveland and wished I would've been able to stop. Made it this time. All kinds of bratwurst are what caught my eye. But they have beer, wine, premade salads, and cut meat. The lady helping me was friendly and let me get one of each to try and had to bag all separately and tag with price. It ended up costing me $28 for 9 brats, but I'm hoping they meet my expectations as I'm looking forward to trying the different flavors.

Best selection of fresh sausages I’ve found local. Bought 5 different kinds, all were delicious. Employees were all very nice as well. Will definitely be back!

I have shopped here since I was a teenager. The food is always of high quality and the made to order sandwiches are great. I wish some of the Amish items would return but the selection is still great.

Gibbs is my go-to for quality meats. London Broil is always a great cut at a fair price. The homemade variety of sausages is perfect for the grill any time of the year as the sausage variety changes up. It's a cozy place to boot. Parking isn't the best situation, but you work with what you have, as they say. Go Get You Some!

There honestly isn't a better butcher than Gibbs. They have 30 types of sausage that they have all the time. Every week they make special sausages. Right now it's Easter. They're preparing all kinds of special foods, drink selection. Second to none. They carry Uncle Mike's beef jerky which is by far the best on the planet. These guys are always willing to work with me. I usually call the day before order about 4 lb of City Chicken and a pot roast. I've never had a problem with them. They always help me. They work with me. The prices are super reasonable. The quality of meat is exceptional and being told to get all their pigs from Sandusky and no hormones. No antibiotics. Just good old natural bacon. Love you guys customer for life

Very popular and busy. Tons to select from. Many local products for sale. Wide variety of sausages and meats to choose from. Make sure to either get there when they opened or order ahead to make sure u get what u want.

Gibbs is amazing! I purchased about eight different flavored sausages, and they were great! I highly recommend going there!

Love all the unique flavors of locally made sausage. I try something different every time!
